Customer satisfaction and customer experience are among my highest values.  Purchasing a home is one of the biggest decision in life.  My mission is to educate my clients as thoroughly as possible to aid in their decision making.

My Commitment

I don't pencil anyone into my calendar.  It's a pleasure to serve my clients, and I am available island-wide, 7 days a week.  With same-day reporting, you'll have a digital copy of the inspection in your inbox by midnight.  I never publish reports onsite; each one deserves and receives a thorough review on my computer before finalizing.  For off-island clients, I am available for video conferencing and phone calls.

Style

Having owned and operated a home repair/installations business for several years, I bring a background of technical knowledge to my inspecting.  As a former Punahou teacher of 5 years, I also bring a communication style to my inspecting that simplifies the technical data to produce a clear and digestible profile of the home.

What to Expect?

Most inspections take 2-5 hours depending on the size and complexity of the property.  After my inspection, I do an in-person walk through and summary that usually lasts 30-60 minutes.  You will receive the published report the same day, usually in the evening.  Also, I am always available to clients after the day of inspection for questions and follow-up conversation.
