WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
I am not the cheapest inspector on island. I urge everyone to avoid such companies. You’ll get what you pay for. Our industry is not regulated in Hawaii. I can share horror stories from various local competitors. It’s not trash talk. It’s a humble and sincere warning. My prices start at $350 for condos and 600 for houses. Prices increase with complexity, age, condition, etc. Call or text for a free quote.
HOW LONG DOES A HOME INSPECTION TAKE?
Most inspections take 2 to 4 hours. I do not rush and I don’t pack my schedule. My clients are the priority, and I spend as long as needed to properly inspect the home and discuss the findings. I publish reports within 24 hours, usually same-day. Clients are also welcome to call anytime after the inspection for further conversation.
SHOULD I ATTEND THE INSPECTION?
Yes. You are more than welcome to attend the inspection. I won’t discuss too much until I finish, but it is your time to be on property. If you can’t attend, no worries. The report is very straight forward, easy to read, without technical jargon, and includes many photos and videos.
